Conducts new onboarding seminars for new members every other month.
Manages onboarding and engagement of new members. Working with the accounting team, tracks the information of membership payments. 
Manages all recruitment and retention mailings, including creating data files, ensuring adequate supplies, and managing the mailing process. Works with NPWH Team to develop and implement membership recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies. Supports the annual meeting with onsite customer service to members and registrants. This includes selecting collateral materials, packing, shipping, inventory management, and organizing materials to be shipped to the conference site. Manages all activities related to conferences in which NPWH has a presence. Supports team when needed with oversight of email mailboxes, and responds accordingly to various member requests. Working with the Director of Operations, ensure renewals are conducted in a timely manner, including paper and email reminders. Working with the Director of Operations, develops and disseminates monthly membership reports. Works with the CEO to prepare and manage the department budget. Oversees the membership business process and data standards used in the association management system YM. Develops and manages annual plans for membership recruitment, retention, and engagement. Membership Operations and Customer Service This position will collaborate with the Social Media and Director of Operations. This position manages the Social Media and Digital Communications Associate. S/he regularly interacts with members and provides excellent customer service, so members feel supported by NPWH and understand the value of their membership. This position is responsible for handling the day-to-day activities of the membership department, including membership marketing, recruitment and retention, and membership campaigns resulting in membership growth.
